Drunk guy QTE on disk 2 at night by the bars. Meeting your friends at the house waiting for you to talk about how distant Ryo has become Calling Nozomi and having conversations with her, sometimes based on the story and other nozomi events you'd had Buying a soda for delivery boy to give you info on someone who can translate a letter Playing a game of pool at Bar MJQ for information on sailors Getting missable cutscenes by showing the phoenix mirror to certain elders in the hood Helping an old lady find her family's house getting high scores and playing slots for exclusive capsule toys Moves scrolls, cat food, batteries, flashlight, matches and candles hidden around the house to find Getting all three flashback cutscenes and reading Iwao's letter the first day of gameplay Lots of missable moves to learn from people with time/date restrictions, not just the bum. Lots of missable cutscenes involving the kitten, as well as a sidequest to find him when he gets lost and to keep her fed. Sometimes she leaves flowers at the shrine, sometimes she calls, sometimes you might run into Eri who tells you Nozomi is crying in the park and you can go there to meet her, stuff like that. There are quite a few optional Nozomi events that have time/date/weather requirements. You need to do them in order as well or you won't get them. Enoki and his gang fight you three times, all three events are optional and have strict time and even weather requirements. If you buy the old bum some coffee, he'll help you sneak into the warehouse and teach you moves. Girl from the lunch stand at the harbor will ask you to help her sister, and you can fight the sukeban girls she hangs out with. Getting both Yukawa figures and meeting certain date/time requirements will let you see Yukawa at a sushi restaurant and Bar Yokosuka.

I'll just list all the missable stuff I can think of off the top of my head, some definitely count as sidequests while others might be a stretch. Most side quests require you to be extremely lucky or use a guide, although there's a few that do kinda point you in the right direction.
